1. Who you are dealing with

cheerlyz.com is operated by LUMA FULFILLMENT LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Montana, United States. Registered address: 1001 S Main St Ste 600, Kalispell, MT 59901, United States. This is a registered business address for correspondence; it is not a store, showroom or warehouse, and it does not receive returns or walk-in visitors.

In these terms, "we", "us" and "cheerlyz" mean LUMA FULFILLMENT LLC. "You" means the person using this website or placing an order.

2. Using this site

By browsing or ordering, you confirm you are at least 18 years old, or that you have permission from a parent or guardian. You agree not to use the site for anything unlawful, not to interfere with its operation, and not to copy our content for commercial use without written permission.

3. Products, images and descriptions

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colors can look different between screens, and measurements can vary slightly between production runs. Where an item is shown on a model, that is to help you judge fit; the model is not included. If something you receive does not match its description, the Refund & Return Policy applies.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars. We accept card payments processed by Stripe; we do not see or store your full card number. We may correct pricing errors and may cancel and fully refund an order that was placed at an obviously incorrect price. Any applicable U.S. sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

5. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you a shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if stock is unavailable, a payment is declined, or an address is outside the area we deliver to. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund you in full.

7. Intellectual property

The cheerlyz name, our site design and our written content belong to us. Product photography is supplied to us by our manufacturing partners for use in selling these items.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
